A Smarter Preventative Approach

The truth about most common household pests—like ants, spiders, and roaches—is that they originate from the outside. Our Quarterly Pest Control program is built around this simple fact. By establishing a strong, preventative barrier around the exterior of your home, we stop bugs before they ever make it into your living space.

The Initial Service: Establishing the Shield

To get your home to a baseline of zero pests, your very first service with us is incredibly thorough. It includes:

• Full Interior Preventative: We treat the inside of your home to flush out and eliminate any pests currently hiding behind appliances, in corners, or under sinks.
• Exterior Perimeter Defense: A comprehensive treatment around the foundation, entry points, and eaves to create a protective barrier.
• Targeted Yard Spot Treatment: We locate and treat active nests in the yard, specifically targeting ant colonies before they migrate toward the house.

Quarterly Follow-Ups: Maintaining the Barrier

Once your initial service is complete and the inside of your home is secure, our quarterly visits focus heavily on the exterior.

We do not do an unnecessary entire interior preventative every single quarter. Why? Because it's generally unnecessary when a strong outside barrier is in place, and we prefer not to apply unnecessary chemicals inside where your family and pets live.

During a quarterly visit, we refresh the outside perimeter preventative and repeat the yard spot treatments. However, this doesn't mean we won't come inside! If an active issue breaks through the barrier—like a trailing line of ants in the kitchen—we will absolutely come inside to spot-treat that specific problem at no extra charge.

What's Not Included?

Our Quarterly General Pest service covers the vast majority of common bugs that wander in from the yard. However, pests that originate and infest internally—most notably German Cockroaches—require a completely different, highly specialized treatment plan. If we identify an internal infestation like this during our inspection, we will discuss a separate, specialized service plan with you.
